A positioning device, a positioning unit, a positioning assembly, and a method for unloading a positioning assembly. The positioning device comprises a supporting beam (1), at least one first backing plate (11) and a plurality of stop structures (3), wherein the first backing plate (11) is arranged below the supporting beam (1), the stop structures (3) are connected to the supporting beam (1), and all the stop structures (3) are enclosed to form a positioning portion. The positioning unit comprises a plurality of positioning devices and a tower (5), wherein two limiting columns (4) are provided on the tower (5), and the two limiting columns (4) are located at two opposite sides of the supporting beam (1) to limit the position of the supporting beam (1). The positioning assembly comprises a plurality of positioning units, which are applied to an annular building and position reinforcing struts (72) of the annular building. The method for unloading a positioning assembly comprises successively unloading target unit groups to complete unloading of the positioning assembly. The positioning device, the positioning unit, the positioning assembly, and the method for unloading the positioning assembly increase the support stability, thereby reducing the degree of displacement and deformation of a building, and facilitating form determination of the ensuing construction.
