The construction process comprises the following steps of (1) preparing for pre-burying of a cement soil mixed pile; (2) preparing materials required by the PHC cement soil mixed composite pile; and (3) adding a prestressed pipe pile to the soil mixed pile, performing pile forming, and performing static pressure forming on the PHC cement soil mixed composite pile formed by combining the cement soil mixed pile and the PHC high-strength prestressed pipe pile through a static pressure pile machine, so that the cement soil mixed pile and the PHC high-strength prestressed pipe pile (uplift square pile) are perfectly combined, the friction surface of the whole pile body is enlarged, the compressive strength (pulling resistance) of the pile body is increased, and the overall good pile forming effect is guaranteed.
