The invention discloses a method for overturning a large-diameter single pile by a fixed arm frame crane ship. The method comprises the following steps that: 1, the crane ship is positioned; 2, a transportation ship is positioned; 3, a crane ship lifting rope is hung; 4, the single pile is hung; 5, the single pile is lifted; and 6, the single pile is put down, overturned and erected. The construction method uses the fixed arm frame crane ship with double arm frames; and compared with a full-rotation crane ship, the cost is lower, the use cost is lower, and the construction cost is saved. The arm frames are clamped at one end of the single pile through flat mouth hooks; and after a lifting pile is sunk into the seabed, the lifting pile is put down for automatic unhooking, so that the unhooking is simple, the pile overturning difficulty is low, and the pile overturning efficiency is high. A cable rope is additionally arranged in a lifting lug of the single pile for assisting in stabilizing the pile body posture during lifting to protect the pile erecting stability, so that the construction process is more reliable and stable.
