Laminated slab
The invention provides a laminated slab. The laminated slab comprises a concrete layer and a steel bar assembly arranged in the concrete layer, wherein the steel bar assembly comprises a laminated slab bottom bar, a laminated slab surface bar, a reinforcing long bar, a reinforcing short bar, a plurality of steel bar trusses and a fixing bar. According to the mass part ratio, the ultra-high performance concrete comprises 65-75 parts of steel fibers, 120-139 parts of quartz sand and 185-237 parts of cement, and the surface of the steel fibers is provided with spiral protruding ribs, and the tensile strength reaches 3000MPa or above. The steel fibers with the spiral protruding ribs are added into the ultra-high performance concrete, so that the combination degree of the laminated slab with the quartz sand and the cement is effectively enhanced, and the stability of integrated forming between the ultra-high performance concrete and the steel bar assembly is enhanced; and in addition, the structure and the anti-seismic property of the ultra-high performance concrete can be improved, so that the prepared laminated slab still has excellent tensile strength on the premise that the bars are not protruded and the thickness is small, and the use performance of the laminated slab is improved.
本发明提供了一种叠合板包括混凝土层以及设置在所述混凝土层内的钢筋组件,且钢筋组件包括叠合板底筋、叠合板面筋、加强长筋、加强短筋、若干个钢筋桁架以及固定筋。按照质量份比,所述超高性能混凝土包括钢纤维65份‑75份、石英砂120份‑139份、水泥185份‑237份,且所述钢纤维表面具有螺旋形的突出肋,抗拉强度达3000MPa以上。通过在超高性能混凝土中加入具有螺旋状突出肋的钢纤维,有效增强叠合板的与石英砂、水泥的结合程度,并加强超高性能混凝土与钢筋组件之间的一体成型的稳定性;另外,还能改善超高性能混凝土结构的和抗震性能,使得制备的叠合板在不出筋,厚度薄的前提下,依然具有优异的抗拉强度,增加了叠合板的使用性能。
