Production process of rock wool belt composite board
The invention relates to the technical field of rock wool composite boards, and particularly relates to a production process of a rock wool belt composite board. The production process comprises the following steps that (1) a rock wool board is manufactured; (2) one end face of the rock wool board is coated with plastering mortar; (3) one end face of the rock wool board is composited with alkali-resistant glass fiber mesh cloth; and (4) the rock wool board is fed into a drying channel till the plastering mortar on the rock wool board is dried. Overlapped rock wool belts are fixed together through reinforcing steel bars and limiting nuts, and the situation that the positions of the adjacent rock wool belts are unstable is avoided. The rock wool belt composite board produced through the production process is high in stability, and the phenomenon that the rock wool belts shift under the action of external force is prevented; and a roller is pressed and rolled on the end face of the rock wool board, so that part of the plastering mortar is soaked into the surface layer of the rock wool board and permeates into the space between the adjacent rock wool belts at the same time, the adjacent rock wool belts are bonded, and the phenomenon of gaps is avoided.
本发明涉及岩棉复合板技术领域,尤其涉及一种岩棉带复合板生产工艺,括如下步骤:(1)岩棉板制作;(2)岩棉板一端面涂覆抹面胶浆;(3)岩棉板一端面和耐碱玻璃纤维网布复合;(4)将岩棉板送入烘道中,至岩棉板上的抹面胶浆被烘干。叠加后的岩棉带通过加强钢筋和限位螺帽固定在一起,避免相邻的岩棉带的位置不稳定,利用本发明的生产工艺生产的岩棉带复合板,稳定性较强,防止在受到外力的作用下,岩棉带发生移位的现象;将滚筒在岩棉板端面上按压滚动的操作,使抹面胶浆一部分浸至岩棉板表面层中,同时渗透至相邻的岩棉带之间,使相邻的岩棉带粘结,避免存在缝隙的现象。
