The invention provides a facing-free rock wool belt reinforced composite board. The facing-free rock wool belt reinforced composite board is characterized in that a rock wool core board and a rock wool belt core board are used as core boards of the composite board, so that the heat preservation, heat insulation, fire prevention, sound absorption and wind pressure resistance of the composite boardare enhanced; flexible graphite is adopted as an edge sealing layer to further resist suction force of negative wind pressure, the edge sealing layer increases the flexibility of the composite board,deformation caused by thermal stress, earthquake force or other factors is reduced, the service life of the composite board is prolonged, and the edge sealing layer further has certain sealing, heat preservation and waterproof capacity on the composite board. The flexible graphite is adhered to the periphery of the composite board for edge sealing, so that the flexibility of the contact part of the composite board is improved, and deformation stress and seismic stress are dispersed, consumed and released; glass fiber gridding cloth and mortar are firstly rolled, and then a glass fiber mortar layer is bonded with a rock wool layer, so that the glass fiber gridding cloth and the mortar are fully fused, and the strength of the composite board is improved.
本发明的提供一种无饰面岩棉带增强复合板,利用岩棉芯板和岩棉带芯板作为复合板的芯板,使本复合板的保温、隔热、防火、吸音以及抗风压能力均增强;采用柔性石墨作为封边层,进一步抵抗负风压的吸力,且封边层增加了复合板的柔韧性,减少因热应力、地震力或其他因素引起的变形,延长其使用寿命,且封边层还对复合板有一定的密封保温防水能力;在复合板四周粘合柔性石墨进行封边,增加了复合板的接触处柔韧性,以分散、消纳、释放变形应力和地震应力;采用先将玻纤网格布和砂浆滚压,再将玻纤砂浆层与岩棉层粘结,使得玻纤网格布和砂浆充分融合,提高了复合板的强度。
