The invention discloses an assembly type building safety construction platform and further discloses a mounting method of the assembly type building safety construction platform. The assembly type building safety construction platform comprises a sliding construction mechanism and a lifting bearing mechanism, and the lifting bearing mechanism is installed at the bottom end of the sliding construction mechanism. An upper-layer air cylinder is installed at the upper end of the side, close to the edge, of a sliding plate, the output end of the upper-layer air cylinder is connected with a table body through an upper push rod, a lower-layer air cylinder is arranged at the position, close to the edge, of the middle end of the upper surface of a fixing plate, and the output end of the lower-layer air cylinder is connected with a sliding plate through a lower push rod, so that in the construction process, a lifting assembly can be used for moving in the Z-axis direction, the upper-layer air cylinder drives the upper push rod to push the table body back and forth to move on the Y axis, meanwhile, the lower-layer air cylinder drives the lower push rod to push the sliding plate back and forth to move on the X axis, and compared with a traditional construction platform single-line moving mode, the flexibility is higher, and workers can conduct construction more conveniently.
