The invention relates to an assembly type building prefabricated outer wall installation device and construction method.The device comprises a wall body hoisting position adjusting device, an outer supporting device and a disturbance state sensing device, the wall body hoisting position adjusting device comprises a monitor and a universal vehicle, and the monitor is used for alignment of a sleeve and an extending steel bar; adjusting arms are installed on the universal vehicle and clamped on the two sides of the upper wall. The outer supporting device comprises a supporting steel arm, the supporting steel arm comprises at least two sections of rotating arms, and the rotating arms are hinged in sequence; the two ends of the supporting steel arm are hinged to adsorption connectors respectively. Embedded steel plates corresponding to the adsorption joints are arranged in the wall bodies, and the adsorption joints are adsorbed to the outer sides of the upper wall body and the lower wall body respectively; the disturbance sensing device adopts a pressure/displacement sensing gasket and is mounted on the adsorption joint; and the outer supporting device controls the force applied to the wall body by the outer supporting device based on a detection result of the pressure/displacement sensing gasket. According to the invention, the occupied internal construction space can be reduced, the construction safety is improved, and the construction quality is ensured.
本发明涉及一种装配式建筑预制外墙安装装置及施工方法,该装置包括墙体吊装位置调节装置、外支撑装置及扰动状态感知装置,墙体吊装位置调节装置包括监测器和万向车,监测器用于套筒和伸出钢筋的对位;万向车上安装有调节臂,调节臂夹持于上部墙体的两侧;外支撑装置包括支撑钢臂,支撑钢臂包括至少两节转臂,转臂依次铰接;支撑钢臂的两端分别铰接有吸附接头;墙体内设置有与吸附接头对应的预埋钢板,吸附接头分别吸附于上、下部墙体外侧;扰动感知装置采用压力/位移传感垫片,安装于吸附接头上;外支撑装置基于压力/位移传感垫片的检测结果控制外支撑装置对墙体的施力。本发明能够减少对内部施工空间的占用,提高施工安全性,保证施工质量。
