Preparation process of porous ceramic
The invention discloses a preparation process of porous ceramics and relates to the technical field of ceramics. The preparation process comprises the following steps: carrying out 3D printing on a three-dimensional model material with three-dimensional communicating holes by adopting resin, coating the surface of a framework of the three-dimensional model material with ceramic slurry containing an adhesive, performing drying and curing, and then carrying out heat treatment to enable the adhesive to be subjected to pyrolysis degreasing and enable the three-dimensional model material to be decomposed to obtain a ceramic green body; and carrying out sintering molding on the ceramic green body. According to the preparation process, the porous ceramic with relatively good pore connectivity can be prepared.
一种多孔陶瓷的制备工艺,涉及陶瓷技术领域。多孔陶瓷的制备工艺包括:采用树脂3D打印出具有三维连通孔的三维模型材料,将三维模型材料的骨架表面裹附上含有粘接剂的陶瓷浆料后进行干燥固化,然后进行热处理使得粘接剂热解脱脂并使得三维模型材料分解得到陶瓷坯体,将陶瓷坯体进行烧结成型。该制备工艺能够制备出孔洞连通性较好的多孔陶瓷。
