Novel prefabricated concrete trestle structure and construction method thereof
The novel prefabricated concrete plank road structure comprises a plurality of plank road units which are sequentially arranged side by side in the length direction of a plank road, and each plank road unit comprises at least three prefabricated pile foundations arranged in a river bank foundation at intervals; the prefabricated reinforced concrete supporting plate is placed on the pile top of each prefabricated pile foundation; the prefabricated reinforced concrete beamless cover plate is placed on a plurality of prefabricated reinforced concrete supporting plates; the concrete bodies are poured in the supporting plate pouring holes of the prefabricated reinforced concrete supporting plate and the corresponding cover plate pouring holes; and the pavement layer is paved on the upper plate surface of the prefabricated reinforced concrete beamless cover plate. The invention further discloses a construction method of the novel prefabricated concrete plank road structure. The method has advantages of simplicity and rapidness in construction, short construction period, low template cost, high labor efficiency, small weather influence, small environmental pollution and the like.
本发明公开的一种新型预制装配式混凝土栈道结构,包括若干沿栈道长度方向依次并排布置的栈道单元构成,每一栈道单元包括:至少三根间隔打设在河岸地基内的预制桩基;搁置在每一预制桩基的桩顶上的预制钢筋砼托板;搁置在若干预制钢筋砼托板上的预制钢筋砼无梁盖板;浇筑在预制钢筋砼托板的托板浇筑孔洞及其对应的盖板浇筑孔洞内的混凝土体;以及铺设在所述预制钢筋砼无梁盖板的上板面上的铺装层。还公开了一种上述新型预制装配式混凝土栈道结构的施工方法。本发明具有施工简单快捷、施工工期短、模板费用低、劳动效率高、受天气影响小、环境污染小等优点。
