The invention discloses a steel structure trestle which comprises a trestle frame, a steel structure and a steel structure. One end of the trestle ramp is rotationally connected with the trestle frame in a limiting mode through a rotating connecting device, and the rotating connecting device comprises a rotating structure which is rotationally arranged at the end, away from a wharf, of the trestle frame in a limiting mode; one end of the connecting plate is movably arranged on the rotating structure in a limiting and penetrating manner, and the other end of the connecting plate is connected with the trestle ramp; one end of the ramp supporting structure is arranged on the trestle ramp in a limiting and sliding mode, and the other end of the ramp supporting structure is arranged on the supporting structure of the trestle frame. According to the trestle ramp, the gradient of the trestle ramp is adjusted through the rotating structure arranged in a limiting and rotating mode so as to meet the requirements of various gradients. The invention further discloses a construction method of the steel structure trestle, operation is easy, and the requirement for multiple gradients of the trestle ramp can be met without cutting the trestle ramp.
