When the net rack is used for splicing lower chord pipes of a gate truss, a convex part and a concave part on the lower chord pipe I play a role in guiding, so that the lower chord pipe I is convenient to splice, meanwhile, the lower chord pipe I is not easy to shake after being spliced, and the situation that the welding effect is poor due to displacement between the two lower chord pipes I during subsequent welding is avoided. According to the construction method, a roof net rack and the gate truss with height difference are spliced and welded on the same elevation ground at the same time, so that the splicing and welding quality is guaranteed; meanwhile, the use amount of splicing jig frames can be reduced, and the measure cost required by net rack splicing is greatly reduced; meanwhile, sufficient pipe penetrating time and tension conditions after lifting are provided for the prestressed construction of the lower chord pipes of the gate truss; and the construction cost can be saved, the construction difficulty can be reduced, the construction period is shortened, and the engineering construction quality is improved.
本发明涉及建筑施工的技术领域,尤其涉及大跨度焊接球预应力网架及其两次累积整体提升施工方法,本发明的网架在进行大门桁架的下弦管拼装时,通过下弦管一上的凸出部和凹陷部起到导向作用,方便下弦管一的拼装,同时下弦管一在拼装完成后不易发生晃动,避免后续焊接时两个下弦管一之间因为发生位移而导致的焊接效果不好;本发明的施工方法让存在高差的屋盖网架和大门桁架在同一标高地面同时拼装焊接,保障了拼装焊接的质量;同时可以减少拼装胎架的用量,大大降低网架拼装时所需的措施费用;同时给大门桁架下弦管预应力施工提供了充分的穿管时间和提升后的张拉条件;不仅能够节约施工成本,还能减少施工难度,节省了施工工期,提升工程施工质量。
