The invention discloses a large-span complex net rack in-situ non-uniform distribution point integral accumulative lifting construction method, which comprises the following steps: splicing a large-span complex net rack and a truss on the ground, then carrying out non-uniform distribution point integral accumulative lifting operation on a roof by using a lifting device, and before first lifting, using the truss as a temporary lifting point; meanwhile, a first lifting device is installed on the first steel column, first lifting is conducted after the lifting device is prepared, the large-span complex net rack is lifted to the same elevation as the truss for supplementary rod connection, then a temporary lifting device arranged on the truss is dismantled, and then a large-tonnage jack group is arranged on a second steel column in the middle of the truss; and the whole roof is lifted for the second time through lifting points arranged on the first steel columns till the designed elevation is reached, rod pieces are inlayed after the whole roof is lifted in place, the whole roof is unloaded after inlaying is completed, and conversion of the stress state of the structural system is completed. According to the construction method, the problem that many temporary measures are adopted in a conventional construction method of the large-span net rack is solved.
本发明公开了一种大跨度复杂网架原位非均布点整体累积提升施工方法,在地面进行大跨度复杂网架与桁架的拼装,后使用提升装置进行屋盖的非均布点整体累积提升作业,第一次提升前在利用桁架作为临时提升点,同时在第一钢柱上安装第一提升装置,提升装置准备好后进行第一次提升,将大跨度复杂网架提升至与桁架的同一标高进行补杆连接,后拆除桁架上设置的临时提升装置,再在桁架的中部位置的第二钢柱上设置大吨位千斤顶族群,并利用第一钢柱上设置的提升点进行整体屋盖的第二次提升,至设计标高,提升就位后嵌补杆件,嵌补完成后进行屋盖的整体卸载,完成结构体系受力状态的转换。本发明解决了大跨度网架的常规施工方法存在采用的临时措施多的问题。
