Externally-hung passive window mounting structure for existing building reconstruction and construction method thereof
The invention discloses an externally-hung passive window mounting structure for existing building transformation and a construction method thereof. A building comprises a wall body, a heat preservation layer, a top beam, a bottom beam, and a window opening formed in the wall body; the mounting structure comprises a passive window, two vertical steel channels, and a transverse steel channel; an upper frame, a left frame and a right frame are provided with L-shaped gaskets which are fixed on the top beam or the vertical steel channels on the inner wall of the wall body through bolts; a lower frame of the passive window is provided with a load-bearing cushion block; the load-bearing cushion block penetrates through the wall body through a bolt and is fixed on the transverse steel channel; the heat preservation layer covers the L-shaped gaskets and the load-bearing cushion block and covers part of the upper frame, the left frame and the right frame; and layers of heat insulation gaskets are laid between the L-shaped gasket and the wall body and at joints of the bolts and the steel channels. According to the externally-hung passive window mounting structure for existing building transformation and the construction method thereof, an external window can be safely and reliably hung on the wall body with weak bearing capacity, meanwhile, a heat bridge of an anchoring point is blocked, and the good heat preservation performance of the whole window is guaranteed.
本发明公开一种既有建筑改造用外挂式被动窗安装结构及其施工方法,该建筑包括墙体、保温层、顶部梁、底部梁和开设在墙体上的窗洞口,该安装结构包括被动窗、两条竖向槽钢和一条横向槽钢;上、左、右边框均设有L型垫片,通过螺栓固定于顶部梁上或固定于墙体内壁的竖向槽钢上;被动窗的下边框设有承重垫块,承重垫块通过螺栓穿过墙体并固定于横向槽钢上;保温层覆盖在L型垫片和承重垫块上,并覆盖部分的上、左、右边框;L型垫片与墙体之间、螺栓与槽钢连接处均铺设有一层隔热垫片。本发明能够使外窗安全可靠地外挂于承载力较弱的墙体上,同时阻断锚固点的热桥,保证整窗的良好保温性能。
