Static cutting method for concrete structure
A static cutting method for a concrete structure comprises the following steps that construction machinery is prepared, a construction part is strictly investigated, whether cutting conditions are met or not is determined, and temporary supporting is conducted on the periphery needing to be cut through steel pipes; a specific cutting part is determined according to an original drawing and a construction scheme, lofting and branching are conducted on the part needing to be cut, cutting lines are determined, and the weight of each cutting block is about 200 kg; an excessive cutting value is calculated; as the shape of a cutting saw blade and the shapes of the cutting blocks decide that an excessive cutting phenomenon is inevitable during cutting, and corner pretreatment must be performed on the pre-cutting inner side in a mode of being tangential to the cutting lines; according to the placed cutting positioning line, a reasonable position is selected to drill a hole in a concrete entity, and an equipment base is fastened through an expansion bolt; and a reasonable cutting mode is selected, and the cut blocks are safely conveyed to a place with a large bearing load from a temporary stacking place. The static cutting method has the characteristics of low noise, no pollution, mechanization, no damage, economical efficiency and the like.
一种混凝土结构静力切割方法,包括以下步骤:准备施工机械,对所施工部位严密勘察,确认是否具备切割条件,在需切割的四周用钢管做好临时支撑;根据原图纸及施工方案确定具体切割部位,并对需切割的部位进行放样分线,确定切割线,每块重量约为200kg;计算出过度切割值;由于切割用锯片形状及切割块的形状决定切割时,不可避免出现过度切割现象,所以必须在预切割内侧,与切割线相切进行角部预处理;根据放置的切割定位线,选择合理的位置在混凝土实体上钻孔,用膨胀螺栓紧固设备底座;选择合理的切割方式,将切割块从临时堆放地点安全运至承载荷载较大的地方。具有低噪音、无污染、机械化、无损性、经济性等特点。
