The invention provides a bottomless steel jacket box formwork overall lowering device and a construction method. The device comprises a steel pipe pile which is embedded in a pile head and plays a supporting role, a profile steel ring beam arranged on the inner side of the steel pipe pile, a profile steel bracket which is arranged on the outer side of the steel pipe pile and used for temporarily supporting a pouring jacket, an operation platform arranged on the top of the steel pipe pile, a lowering system arranged on the operation platform and a plurality of pouring jacket lifting points arranged on the inner side of the pouring jacket. The pouring jacket lifting point is arranged below the operation platform, the lowering system comprises an upper bearing beam, a lower bearing beam, a suspension steel bar, a nut gasket and a jack, the upper end of the upper bearing beam is connected with the nut gasket for anchoring, the lower end of the upper bearing beam is connected with the jack, the upper end of the lower bearing beam is connected with the jack, and the lower end of the lower bearing beam is connected with the operation platform. The suspension steel bar penetrates through the nut gasket, the upper bearing beam, the jack, the lower bearing beam and the operation platform to be connected with the sleeve box suspension point. The problems that a traditional bottomless pouring jacket is complex in hoisting operation, not easy to operate and poor in integrity are solved, and meanwhile the construction efficiency is improved.
本发明提供一种无底钢套箱模板整体下放装置及施工方法,装置包括预埋在桩头里面起支撑作用的钢管桩、置于钢管桩内侧的型钢圈梁、置于钢管桩外侧的临时支撑套箱的型钢牛腿、置于钢管桩顶的作业平台、置于作业平台上的下放系统、置于套箱内侧的多个套箱吊点,所述套箱吊点设置在作业平台下方,所述下放系统包括上垫梁、下垫梁、悬吊钢筋、螺帽垫片、千斤顶,所述上垫梁上端与螺帽垫片连接用于锚固,下端与千斤顶连接,所述下垫梁上端与千斤顶连接,下端与作业平台连接,所述悬吊钢筋穿过螺帽垫片、上垫梁、千斤顶、下垫梁、作业平台与套箱吊点连接。本发明解决了传统无底套箱吊装作业复杂及不易操作、整体性差的问题,同时提高了施工效率。
