The invention discloses a suspension type concrete supporting device. The device comprises at least two stress walls and a plurality of concrete supports arranged between the two stress walls; a concrete secondary support comprises a plurality of concrete primary supports located between the tops of the two stress walls and further comprises a plurality of concrete secondary support bodies located below the concrete primary supports; and each first concrete primary support is arranged between two adjacent stress walls in a pouring mode, the plurality of concrete secondary support bodies are hung downwards from the concrete primary supports through hanging cables, and the two ends of each concrete secondary support body abut against the corresponding stress walls. According to the device and the method, the detachable hanging cables are adopted, so that supporting sections can be rapidly detached when supports are detached, a supporting frame is hoisted and detached, the construction efficiency of the concrete supports is greatly improved, the use of a support system is reduced, the construction cost and the construction time are effectively saved on, the construction period is effectively shortened, and the labor force during construction can also be greatly reduced.
