The invention provides a cement clinker preparation method and relates to the field of cement processing. Cement clinker preparation equipment adopted in the cement clinker preparation method comprises a supporting frame, a vibration device, a grinding device and a material guiding device, wherein the vibration device is fixedly installed on the supporting frame and can be connected with the grinding device; and the material guiding device is arranged on the grinding device. Raw materials of cement clinker can be treated through crushing and grinding in a multi-layer treatment mode, so that the production efficiency is further improved, and consumption of secondary treatment is avoided; and secondly, the raw materials with different sizes are screened through layer-by-layer screening, so that it is fully guaranteed that the sizes of the ground raw materials are basically kept consistent, and meanwhile, the preparation quality of the cement clinker is effectively improved.
本发明提出一种水泥熟料制备方法，涉及水泥加工领域，包括支撑架、震动装置、研磨装置与导料装置，支撑架上固定安装有震动装置，震动装置能够连接有研磨装置，研磨装置上设置有导料装置，本发明能够通过多层的处理方式破碎与研磨对水泥熟料的原材料进行处理，进一步的提高了生产的效率，避免了二次处理的消耗，其次本发明通过层层筛选对大小不同的原材料进行筛分，充分的保证了研磨后原材料的大小基本保持一致，同时有效提高了水泥熟料制备的质量。
