The preparation method comprises the following steps of S1, cleaning and drying crosslinked polyethylene leftover materials; S2, crushing the crosslinked polyethylene leftover materials; S3, uniformly mixing the crushed crosslinked polyethylene leftover materials with an adhesive, an ultraviolet light stabilizer and an antioxidant, and then performing hot press molding through a mold to obtain a basic pad; S4, airing the basic pad, and then cutting the basic pad into pads with proper specifications; S5, carrying out blending granulation on resin, antistatic filler and an auxiliary agent on a double-screw extruder to prepare antistatic master batches; S6, conducting blending, extruding and drawing on the basic resin, color master batches, the auxiliary agent and the antistatic master batches to prepare antistatic artificial grass, and drying the antistatic artificial grass; and S7, mixing basic latex, calcium carbonate and conductive filler to prepare antistatic gum. According to the lawn anti-vibration pad and the preparation method, waste materials are reasonably utilized, the cost is saved, and environment pollution caused by waste material incineration is avoided.
