The invention discloses an efficient composite concrete admixture which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20 to 25 parts of naphthalene sulfonate formaldehyde condensate, 12 to 15 parts of sulfonated ketoaldehyde condensate, 8 to 10 parts of polyacrylate, 25 to 30 parts of aliphatic water reducing agent, 5 to 8 parts of air adding agent, 4 to 6 parts of air entraining agent, 1 to 5 parts of waterproof agent, 3 to 6 parts of calcium sulphoaluminate expanding agent, 3 to 6 parts of composite retarder, 4 to 7 parts of early strength agent, 6 to 9 parts of pumping agent and 2 to 3 parts of synthetic latex. According to the high-efficiency composite concrete admixture, the air adding agent and the air entraining agent are doped, so that the workability, the water-retaining property and the cohesiveness of concrete are improved; with the aliphatic water reducer doped, the water-reducing rate is increased, and the cement consumption is reduced; the waterproof agent, the calcium sulphoaluminate expanding agent and the composite retarder are doped, so that the strength and the hardening performance of the concrete are improved; and with the pumping agent doped, the viscosity of the concrete is increased, so that the concrete does not crack or fall off, and the plasticity of the concrete is improved.
