The invention provides a composite admixture for concrete. The composite admixture is prepared from the following raw materials: fly ash, iron tailing ground powder, fluorite mineral separation waste residue ground powder, water quenching manganese residue ground powder, mineral powder, silica fume micro powder and zeolite powder, wherein the mass percent of each raw material is as follows: 0-30% of fly ash, 10-30% of iron tailing ground powder, 0-15% of fluorite beneficiation waste residue ground powder, 0-15% of water-quenched manganese slag ground powder, 0-30% of mineral powder, 0-20% of silica fume micro powder and 0-20% of zeolite powder. The composite admixture can be used for replacing part of cement to prepare concrete, so that the concrete activity is improved, and the cost can be effectively reduced.
