The floating slab damping device comprises a floating slab, a concrete base, a recycled particle rubber cushion layer and a waterproof limiting rubber cushion layer, wherein the floating slab and the concrete base are arranged in the line direction, and the recycled particle rubber cushion layer and the waterproof limiting rubber cushion layer are arranged between the floating slab and the concrete base. The floating slab is connected with a steel rail through a fastener, the concrete base is placed on a bridge and fixedly connected with a bridge floor, and the recycled particle rubber cushion layer is composed of particles obtained by recycling a waste rubber structure and placed between the floating slab and the base to achieve the vibration reduction effect.
