The invention relates to the technical field of expressways, and particularly relates to a large-flow road section harbor type parking belt structure which comprises an old road part, a width splicing part and a protection part, wherein an old road surface and an old roadbed are included; the width splicing part is arranged on the outer side of the old road part and further includes a spliced road surface and a spliced roadbed; the protection part is arranged on the outer side of the width splicing part and includes a retaining wall; the old road surface and the old roadbed are cut into step shapes and are connected with the spliced road surface and the spliced roadbed; and the retaining wall includes a concrete foundation and a fabricated retaining wall arranged on the concrete foundation. The step type connection mode is adopted, the crack resistance of the width splicing part is improved, and meanwhile the assembled retaining wall structure is adopted so that the construction convenience and safety performance are improved. The invention further requests to protect a layout method of the large-flow road section harbor type parking belt structure.
