The invention discloses a repair device and a repair method for road maintenance. The repair device comprises a vehicle body, a grinding roller, an asphalt aggregate stirring mechanism and a tool storage cabinet, wherein the grinding roller, the asphalt aggregate stirring mechanism and the tool storage cabinet are arranged on the vehicle body. A percussion drill, a plurality of fixing plug columns and a steel wire mesh plate are arranged in the tool storage cabinet, and the steel wire mesh plate comprises a steel wire mesh and fixing holes formed in joints of the steel wire mesh; and each fixing plug column comprises a column body, the lower end of the column body is sharp, the upper end of the column body is provided with an installation part used for being connected with the fixing hole, clamping pieces are arranged on the two sides of the lower end of the column body, the lower ends of the clamping pieces are elastically connected with the column body, and the upper ends of the clamping pieces are obliquely arranged outwards. The method comprises the following steps: supporting the steel wire mesh plate in a pit slot; injecting asphalt into the pit slot; and compacting an asphalt pavement through the grinding roller. The problems of new cracks, pits and the like quickly appearing on the repaired pavement can be avoided so that the repair frequency can be reduced, the efficiency of pavement maintenance work is improved, and normal use of a road can be ensured.
本发明公开了一种公路养护用修补装置及修补方法，包括车体、以及设置在车体上的碾压辊、沥青骨料搅拌机构和工具储柜；工具储柜内设有冲击钻、以及多个固定塞柱和钢丝网板，钢丝网板包括钢丝网、以及设置在钢丝网节点处的固定孔；固定塞柱包括柱体，柱体下端为尖锐设置，柱体上端设有用于与固定孔连接的安装部，柱体下端的两侧设有卡接片，卡接片下端与柱体为弹性连接，卡接片上端倾斜向外设置。该方法包括步骤：将钢丝网板支撑于坑槽内；将沥青注入坑槽内；通过碾压辊将沥青路面压实。本发明能够避免修复后的路面很快出现新的裂缝、坑洼等问题，进而可减少修补次数，提升路面养护工作的效率，保证公路能够正常使用。
