The repair device comprises a vehicle body, a material storage mechanism, a tamping mechanism and a rolling mechanism are arranged at the upper end of the vehicle body, the rolling mechanism comprises a frame, the frame comprises a bottom plate and side plates, sliding grooves are formed in the side plates, rolling wheels are arranged on the two sides of the bottom plate, the rolling wheels are in rolling connection with the sliding grooves, and a first motor is arranged above the bottom plate; the first motor is arranged on a mounting frame, the mounting frame is fixedly connected with the side plate, a rotating wheel is arranged on a rotating shaft of the first motor, two fifths of teeth are arranged on the periphery of the rotating wheel, an annular rail is arranged on the bottom plate, teeth are arranged on the inner walls of the two sides of the annular rail, and the annular rail is meshed with the rotating wheel through the teeth; and a cylinder is arranged at the lower end of the bottom plate, a piston rod of the air cylinder is rotatably connected with the grinding roller through supports, and scrapers are arranged on the two sides of each support. Through the rotation of the first motor, under the driving of the annular rail and the rotating wheel, the grinding roller is driven to grind an asphalt mixture back and forth, and the labor intensity of workers is reduced.
