The invention discloses a combined geotechnical mold bag for slope protection. The combined geotechnical mold bag comprises a geotechnical mold bag and geogrid chambers, wherein the geotechnical mold bag is made of an upper layer of geotextile and a lower layer of geotextile, and is filled with concrete or cement mortar to form a concrete frame structure with a plurality of hollow grid chambers; the periphery of the inner wall of each hollow grid chamber is provided with a skirt edge; each hollow grid chamber is internally provided with one geogrid chamber; and the hollow grid chambers and the geogrid chambers are connected by the skirt edges. The geotechnical mold bag is paved on a leveled protection slope; then the geotechnical mold bag is filled with the concrete; the geogrid chambers are filled with planting soil or humus soil; and green plants can be planted on the planting soil or the humus soil. The geogrid chambers and the mold bag concrete are combined to use; and the advantages that the mold bag concrete can be rapidly constructed and the geogrid chambers can be used for fixing the soil and greening are utilized, so that the slope can be fixed and greened and the ecological environment is sufficiently protected.
