The invention provides an installation method of a middle pressing ring spoke type tensioning structure. The installation method comprises the steps that component segmentation is conducted on the middle pressing ring spoke type tensioning structure; T-shaped components are assembled on a jig frame support; a swing column and a first temporary support are installed at the end, away from a pressing ring beam, of a radial beam, and second temporary supports are installed at the two ends of the pressing ring beam; all the T-shaped components are sequentially hoisted and assembled into an annular structure, and the T-shaped components are placed on the first temporary support and the second temporary supports; radial cables, annular cables, V-shaped supports and inner cantilever beams are installed below the T-shaped components, a top ring beam and an annular secondary component between every two adjacent T-shaped components are filled, and a stable structure system is formed; and the first temporary support and the second temporary supports are unloaded, and the swing column and the radial beam are welded. The T-shaped components are adopted for assembly, high-altitude welding of the butt joint position of the radial beam and the pressing ring beam is avoided, then the influence of welding shrinkage on the installation precision is avoided, and the overall installation precision is effectively controlled.
本发明提供了一种中置压环轮辐式张拉结构的安装方法,包括:对中置压环轮辐式张拉结构进行构件分段;在胎架支撑上拼装T字形构件;在径向梁背离压环梁的一端安装摇摆柱及第一临时支撑,在压环梁的两端安装第二临时支撑;依次吊装所有T字形构件并拼装成一个环形结构,使T字形构件搁置在第一临时支撑及第二临时支撑上;在T字形构件下安装径向索、环向索、V形支撑及内悬挑梁,并补缺相邻两个T字形构件之间的顶圈梁以及环向次构件,形成稳定结构体系;卸载第一临时支撑及第二临时支撑,将摇摆柱与径向梁焊接。通过采用T字形构件进行拼装,避免了径向梁与压环梁对接处在高空焊接,进而避免焊接收缩对安装精度的影响,有效控制整体安装精度。
