The invention relates to the field of building construction, and particularly relates to a floor slab post-cast strip pouring assembly and a floor slab pouring method adopting the same. The floor slab post-cast strip pouring assembly comprises baffles vertically arranged on the two sides of a post-cast strip, wherein a plurality of bayonets are formed in the tops of the baffles; the distance between every two adjacent bayonets is matched with the distance between upper-layer steel bars of a floor slab; the bayonets are used for allowing the upper-layer steel bars to penetrate through; battens are further arranged above the baffles; protrusions extending into the bayonets are arranged on the battens corresponding to the bayonets; and the height of the battens is larger than or equal to the pouring height of floor slab concrete. By the adoption of the floor slab post-cast strip pouring assembly, the layer steel bars can penetrate through the bayonets, so that the steel bars at the post-cast strip are free of displacement; the battens extrude the upper-layer steel bars, so that all the upper-layer steel bars are located in the same plane, and the floor slab has good structural quality; and the floor slab post-cast strip pouring assembly is simple in structure and convenient to use.
