The invention relates to a flush water dispenser for sanitary wares, such as toilets or urinals, comprising: an outer wall extending around a central axis and having an inner wall oriented towards a flush water channel; a separating element located at least partially in the flush water channel and dividing the flush water channel into at least one right distribution section, at least one left distribution section and at least one intermediate distribution section, wherein the flush water channel has an inlet opening via which flush water can be fed into the flush water channel, each distribution section has a discharge opening via which flushing water can be discharged to the sanitary appliance, and the flushing water can be guided in the flow direction from the inlet opening to the distribution section and the discharge opening thereof, the intermediate distribution section has a guide surface with a front edge and a rear edge, the guide surface is arranged in the middle distribution section, so that the water flow in the middle distribution section is subjected to throttling action or can be throttled in the area of the guide surface.
