The invention relates to a flush water dispenser for a sanitary appliance, such as a toilet or urinal, comprising: a pipe element having a flush water channel extending along a central axis, the flush water channel extending from an inlet opening to at least one outlet opening, in which flush water can be conducted in a flow direction from the inlet opening to the at least one outlet opening, the pipe element has a support section on the outer side with a support surface via which the flushing water dispenser can be directly or indirectly arranged in a support point of a receptacle of the sanitary appliance, and the flushing water dispenser further has a locking element, the flushing water dispenser can be mechanically locked relative to the sanitary appliance by means of the locking element. The locking element can be moved from an initial position into a locking position and is designed in such a way that the locking element in the locking position is pressed against a surface on the sanitary appliance, whereby the flushing water dispenser is pressed into a bearing point on the sanitary appliance and held therein.
