The sintering conditions are as follows: argon or nitrogen is introduced for 10-60 min, the temperature is raised to 300-400 DEG C at the rate of 3-5 DEG C/min and kept for 0.5-2 h, then the temperature is raised to 600-650 DEG C at the rate of 2-3 DEG C/min and kept for 3-4 h, and then the temperature is raised to 1300-1500 DEG C at the rate of 1-2 DEG C/min and kept for 2-3 h.
