The invention discloses a sealant coating device for a plastic track; the device comprises a supporting plate, four connecting rods are fixedly arranged on the lower end face of the supporting plate, and the four connecting rods are symmetrically cut into a rectangle with respect to the central axis of the supporting plate. The device is simple in structure; and a swinging mechanism can enable the device to swing for gluing, so that the gluing is more uniform. Due to the fact that due to the fact that the device is pushed manually, uneven gluing is possibly caused due to different speeds, the differential mechanism can adjust the glue outlet amount according to different running speeds of the device, the defect that the speeds of the device are different through manual pushing can be overcome, power of the swing mechanism can be relieved to drive the rolling wheel to reciprocate left and right. And the previous procedure is improved, and when rubber particles are attached to the rolling wheel, the rubber particles can be continuously pressed back to the original position.
本发明公开了一种塑胶跑道涂密封胶装置，包括支撑板，所述支撑板的下端面固定设置有四个连接杆，所述四个连接杆关于所述支撑板的中心轴对称切成矩形分布，本装置结构简单，摆动机构可以使本装置进行摆动涂胶从而使涂胶更佳均匀。由于人工推动本装置极有可能会出现速度不一样导致涂胶不均匀，差速机构可以根据装置不同的运行速度对出胶的量进行调节，可以弥补人工推进装置速度不一的缺点，还可以解除摆动机构的动力带动碾压轮左右往复移动，对上一步工序进行完善，当碾压轮上面附着橡胶颗粒的时候还会将橡胶颗粒继续压回原处。
