The invention relates to a construction method for a steel-concrete combined section of a bridge, which comprises the following steps of: assembling a steel structure of a steel splicing section of the steel-concrete combined section, and constructing a steel grid chamber of a concrete splicing section; after the steel structure and the steel geocell are pre-assembled, turning the axis of the steel structure and the steel geocell to be vertical, and making a pouring opening of the steel geocell face upwards; pouring concrete into the steel grid chamber from the pouring opening; and after the concrete reaches the preset strength, overall hoisting is conducted, splicing the concrete with the 0 # block, and completing the construction procedure of the steel-concrete combined section. According to the mode that pouring is conducted firstly and then hoisting is conducted, the construction quality of the steel-concrete combined section is improved, and the quality of a concrete splicing section formed after concrete pouring is guaranteed. During pouring, the axis of the steel-concrete combined section is converted into the vertical direction, so that concrete in the steel grid chamber of the steel-concrete combined section is convenient to pour and vibrate, the compactness of the concrete in the steel grid chamber of the steel-concrete combined section is increased, the cohesive force between the concrete and the rear bearing plate, the PBL shear keys and steel plates in the steel grid chamber is increased, and meanwhile the shear keys and prestressed elements are protected.
