The invention belongs to the technical field of garbage cleaning, and relates to a deep well dredging system which comprises a hydraulic mechanism, a first hydraulic pipeline, a second hydraulic pipeline, a displacement pump, a garbage collecting device and a garbage conveying pipeline. The displacement pump and the garbage collecting device are arranged in a deep well, and the hydraulic mechanism is arranged at a wellhead of the deep well; the hydraulic mechanism is connected to the displacement pump through the first hydraulic pipeline so as to provide hydraulic power for driving the displacement pump to work; the hydraulic mechanism is connected to the garbage collecting device through the second hydraulic pipeline so as to provide hydraulic power for driving the garbage collecting device to work; and the garbage collecting device is used for collecting garbage at the bottom of the deep well and conveying the garbage to the displacement pump. According to the deep well dredging system, through the displacement pump, water in the deep well is used as a garbage carrier, and the garbage is conveyed out of the deep well through the garbage conveying pipeline; and electricity does not need to be used as a driving energy source, and the deep well dredging system is safer to use in the deep well.
