The invention discloses a seabed deep well dredging method, which belongs to the technical field of ocean engineering, and comprises the following steps: connecting cutter suction dredging equipment with a sludge discharge pipeline and a hoisting rigging; starting limiting of a base of the cutter suction dredging equipment, and hoisting the cutter suction dredging equipment and a sludge discharge pipeline to preset positions on the water surface; the cutter suction dredging equipment is lowered into the deep well, and the cutter suction dredging equipment is started; the cutter suction dredging equipment is in contact with the mud surface of the deep well to mince sludge in the deep well; the cutter suction dredging equipment discharges minced sludge through a sludge discharge pipeline; and sludge in the deep well is cleaned according to the dredging path, and the cutter suction dredging equipment is recycled. The deep excavation and bottom leveling work under the seabed mud surface is achieved, the treatment efficiency is high, the precision is high, the adaptability to mud types is wide, the mud shearing strength is high, the influence on the surrounding marine environment can be reduced, the mud excavation efficiency in the semi-closed space can be improved, and the construction cost is greatly reduced.
