Low-energy-consumption prefabricated load-bearing wallboard and method for building load-bearing wall body
The invention relates to a low-energy-consumption prefabricated load-bearing wallboard and a method for building a load-bearing wall body. The wallboard comprises an inner wall concrete layer, a supporting material layer, a heat preservation material layer and an outer wall concrete layer which are sequentially arranged; an inner steel wire mesh and an outer steel wire mesh are respectively and fixedly connected in the inner wall concrete layer and the outer wall concrete layer; the inner steel wire mesh and the outer steel wire mesh are fixed through a plurality of inserting wires; vertical grooves are formed in the left side face and the right side face of the wallboard; and an upper groove and a lower groove are formed in the upper part and the lower part of the wallboard respectively. The method comprises the steps that firstly, the supporting material layer is removed, wallboards are installed in an aligned mode, a foundation embedded steel bar frame is sleeved with the lower grooves, the vertical grooves of adjacent left and right wallboards are spliced into a vertically-through through hole, horizontal steel bars are inserted into a space left after the supporting material layer is removed, and then concrete is cast in place in the space and the through hole. The method can be used for building a load-bearing wall of a fabricated type building, and the load-bearing wall with integrated structure and heat preservation, high integrity and good waterproof effect can be obtained.
本发明涉及一种低能耗预制承重墙板以及建造承重墙体的方法,所述墙板包括依次设置的内叶墙混凝土层、支撑材料层、保温材料层和外叶墙混凝土层,内、外叶墙混凝土层内分别固结有内、外侧钢丝网,内、外侧钢丝网之间通过若干插丝固定,墙板的左、右侧面上均设有竖向凹槽,上、下部分别设有上凹槽和下凹槽;所述方法是先去除支撑材料层,对位安装墙板,使下凹槽套在地基预埋钢筋架上,使左、右相邻两墙板的竖向凹槽拼成一个上下贯穿的通孔,向去除了支撑材料层后留下的空间内穿设水平钢筋,然后向其中以及所述通孔内现浇混凝土。本发明可用于装配式建筑的承重墙建造,且能获得结构保温一体化、整体性强、防水效果好的承重墙体。
