The comprehensive pipe gallery ventilation interval unit comprises a pipe gallery layer, wherein normally-closed fireproof doors are arranged at the two ends of the pipe gallery layer. A first ventilation opening and an air inlet fan which communicates with the first ventilation opening are arranged at the first end of the pipe gallery layer, and a second ventilation opening and an air exhaust fan which communicates with the second ventilation opening are arranged at the second end of the pipe gallery layer. At least one escape exit is arranged between the first ventilation opening and the second ventilation opening. At least one normally-open type fireproof separation mechanism is arranged between the normally-closed fireproof doors at the two ends of the pipe gallery layer and used for controlling the pipe gallery layer to be separated into a plurality of fireproof subareas or enabling the pipe gallery layer to be kept communicating. A fire extinguishing device is arranged in each fireproof subarea. By means of the comprehensive pipe gallery ventilation interval unit and the pipe gallery fire treatment method, the purpose that the number of ventilation structures, higher than the ground, of a comprehensive pipe gallery is reduced is achieved, and the situations that the fireproof separation requirement is met and smoke is exhausted in time after a fire accident occurs can be guaranteed.
