At least two air inlet fans communicated with the comprehensive pipe gallery through normally-open fireproof valves are arranged in the air inlet shaft side by side, an air inlet shaft firewall with a normally-closed fireproof door separates the two air inlet fans in two different ventilation subareas, and an independent ventilation subarea is arranged between the air inlet shaft firewall and the air outlet shaft firewall. At least one middle firewall provided with a normally-open fireproof door and a normally-open fireproof valve is arranged in the ventilation partition, and a fireproof partition is formed between the middle firewall and the air inlet shaft firewall and between the middle firewall and the air outlet shaft firewall respectively. The distance between the air shafts is increased, and the number of the air shafts is reduced.
