The invention discloses a construction solid waste refined treatment process. The process comprises the following steps of pretreatment, sorting treatment, primary crushing treatment, screening, primary screening of construction solid waste with the particle size of 0-100mm, primary manual sorting of other parts, secondary crushing to enable the particle size to be basically kept at 100-150mm, and secondary manual sorting; direct taking of the part with the particle size of 0-65 mm as garden soil or filling soil; color sorting of construction solid waste with the particle size of 65-95 mm, and achieving separation of more than 90% of bricks and concrete; and sequential treatment of selected bricks and concrete, direct combined grinding of the bricks with the particle size of 0-10 mm to prepare a high-activity mineral admixture, crushing of bricks with the particle size of 20 mm or above to prepare a curing material, after treatment of construction solid waste with the particle size of 95 mm or above, enabling the strength of particles with the particle size of 20 mm or above to be higher, and treatment to obtain high-strength and high-performance recycled aggregate with the particle size of 0-15 mm. According to the method, the construction solid waste is fully utilized, the product value of the construction solid waste is realized, and the ratio of recycled concrete aggregate particles after the solid waste is crushed is increased.
