The solid waste treatment process comprises the following steps that 1, solid waste is conveyed into a mixing and feeding chamber (4); 2, the solid waste in the mixing and feeding chamber (4) is mixed and preheated through high-temperature tertiary air; 3, the solid waste in the mixing and feeding chamber (4) is conveyed into a rotary furnace (3)so as to be incinerated, and the solid waste is conveyed through rotation of the rotary furnace (3); and 4, flue gas and residues formed after the solid waste is incinerated in the rotary kiln (3) enter a decomposing furnace (1) so as to be further incinerated and decomposed, formed ash enters a rotary cement kiln (6), the formed flue gas is cooled through a preheater system and then enters a kiln tail waste gas treatment system, and the flue gas is purified and then exhausted into the atmosphere. The solid waste treatment process provided by the invention has the advantages that a good operation state of a solid waste treatment system is maintained, and the production efficiency of solid waste treatment is improved.
