The raw materials of the concrete comprise 150-240 kg/m<3> of an admixture, 200-280 kg/m<3> of cement, 140-252 kg/m<3> of natural sand, 300-420 kg/m<3> of iron tailing sand, 120-375 kg/m<3> of gravel, 875-1125 kg/m<3> of iron tailing waste rock, 150 kg/m<3> of water and 1.2% of a water reducer. According to the invention, iron tailings are adopted as main raw materials, so that a large amount of tailings are consumed, the current situation of shortage of building material resources is relieved, the use amount of the cement can be reduced by adding the admixture, and the cost is reduced; and silica fume is doped into the admixture, so that the early strength can be improved, the structure of a concrete interface transition area can be improved through secondary hydration, and the later strength is improved.
