The invention discloses high-silicon-content iron tailing concrete and a preparation method thereof. Each cubic meter of concrete is prepared from the following raw materials by weight: 200 to 250 Kg of cement, 710 to 810 Kg of iron tailing sand, 50 to 80 Kg of slag powder, 1100 to 1200 Kg of iron tailing ore coarse aggregate, 5 to 8 Kg of chemical activator, 2 to 4 Kg of grinding aid, 5 to 7 Kg of water reducing agent and 180 to 200 Kg of water. The SiO2 content of the iron tailings is larger than 65 wt%, the fineness modulus is 1.4-1.6, and the iron tailings belong to superfine sand. The iron tailing coarse aggregate is continuously graded by 5-30 mm, the content of needle and sheet is less than 4 wt%, and the crushing index is less than 5%. Active groups on the surface of the iron tailings are excited through a mechanical-chemical-plasma coupling effect, the number of disordered amorphous phases and low-polymerization-degree [SiO4] tetrahedrons is increased, the reaction activity and the gelling activity of the iron tailings are greatly improved, the iron tailings can replace cement in quantity to form a gelling material, and the strength performance of the prepared concrete meets the grade requirement. In the high-silicon-content iron tailing concrete provided by the invention, the utilization rate of the iron tailing waste can reach about 90%, an economic and feasible green common technology is provided for modification and resource utilization of the iron tailings, and the preparation process is stable and good in economic benefit and environmental benefit.
本发明公开了一种高硅含量铁尾矿混凝土及制备方法,每方混凝土包括以下重量的原料:水泥200~250Kg、铁尾矿砂710~810Kg、矿渣粉50~80Kg、铁尾矿石粗骨料1100~1200Kg、化学活化剂5~8Kg、助磨剂2~4Kg、减水剂5~7Kg、水180~200Kg。所述铁尾矿的SiO2含量>65wt%,细度模数为1.4~1.6,属于超细砂。所述铁尾矿石粗骨料是5~30 mm连续级配的,针片状含量<4wt%,压碎指数<5%。本发明通过“机械‑化学‑等离子体”耦合作用激发铁尾矿表面活性基团,无序化非晶相和低聚合度[SiO4]四面体的数量增多,其反应活性和胶凝活性大大改善,可以大量取代水泥形成胶凝材料,制得混凝土的强度性能满足等级要求。本发明所提出的高硅含量铁尾矿混凝土中,铁尾矿废料的使用率可以达到90%左右,为铁尾矿的改性和资源化利用提供一条经济、可行的绿色共性技术,且该制备工艺稳定,经济效益和环境效益好。
