Reinforced anti-crack cement-based grouting material and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a reinforced anti-crack cement-based grouting material and a preparation method thereof. The grouting material is prepared from the following raw materials: quartz sand, cement, silica fume, concrete waste, a powdery polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent, a thixotropic lubricant, a carbon nanotube/natural rubber composite anti-crack material, an expanding agent and a defoaming agent. By adding the carbon nanotube/natural rubber composite anti-crack material, the compressive strength and fracture toughness of the grouting material are remarkably improved, the elasticity, fluidity and creep resistance of the grouting material are improved by the natural rubber powder, and the natural rubber powder and the grouting material form a composite enhanced anti-crack effect; the silica fume and the concrete waste are added into the cement, so that the environment is protected, the cost is reduced, the grain composition of the cement paste is optimized, the components of the cement paste are dispersed more uniformly, the volume stability and the flowing property of the grouting material can be enhanced, and the operability and the later strength of the grouting material are improved; the preparation method is simple and low in cost.
