Lightweight underwater non-dispersible plugging concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses light underwater non-dispersible plugging concrete and a preparation method thereof. The concrete is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 480 to 520 parts of sulphoaluminate cement, 50 to 65 parts of superfine fly ash, 30 to 45 parts of superfine mineral powder, 1000 to 1200 parts of modified pottery sand, 0.5 to 0.9 part of polyacrylamide, 10.8 to 13.1 parts of polycarboxylate superplasticizer, 4.6 to 8.5 parts of polypropylene fiber and 15.1 to 20.3 parts of hydrogen peroxide; and the water-binder ratio is 0.5 to 0.55; wherein the modified pottery sand is prepared by sequentially soaking pottery sand in hydrogen peroxide and a polyacrylamide solution. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing sulphoaluminate cement, superfine fly ash, superfine mineral powder, modified pottery sand and polypropylene fiber, mixing polyacrylamide, a water reducing agent and water, then mixing together, finally adding hydrogen peroxide, and carrying out underwater molding. The concrete is stable in underwater slurry, can accurately reach a leaking stoppage part, and has better leaking stoppage-impermeability performance.
本发明公开了一种轻质水下不分散堵漏混凝土及其制备方法。按重量份数计,混凝土包括:480‑520份硫铝酸盐水泥、50‑65份超细粉煤灰、30‑45份超细矿粉、1000‑1200份改性陶砂、0.5‑0.9份聚丙烯酰胺、10.8‑13.1份聚羧酸减水剂、4.6‑8.5份聚丙烯纤维、15.1‑20.3份双氧水、水胶比0.5‑0.55;其中改性陶砂通过将陶砂依次在双氧水和聚丙烯酰胺溶液中浸泡制备得到。将硫铝酸盐水泥、超细粉煤灰、超细矿粉、改性陶砂和聚丙烯纤维混合,聚丙烯酰胺、减水剂和水混合后再一起混合,最后加入双氧水后水下成型即可。该混凝土水下浆体稳定,可准确抵达堵漏部位,具有较好的堵漏‑抗渗性能。
