The invention relates to the technical field of concrete materials, and particularly discloses underwater non-dispersible concrete and a preparation technology thereof.The underwater non-dispersible concrete is prepared from cement, a mineral admixture, coarse aggregate, fine aggregate, a water reducing agent, an early strength agent, a retarder, water, an anti-dispersing agent and composite fibers; the anti-dispersing agent mainly comprises polyacrylate, vinyl neodecanoate and pentasodium diethylene triamine pentaacetate; the preparation process comprises the following steps: mixing the cement, the early strength agent, the retarder and the anti-dispersing agent with the composite fiber to obtain a mixture A; mixing the coarse aggregate, the fine aggregate and the mineral admixture to obtain a mixture B; and mixing the mixture A with the mixture B, then mixing the water reducing agent with water, adding the mixture, and stirring to obtain the underwater non-dispersible concrete. The underwater non-dispersible concrete has the characteristic of improving the dispersion resistance and compressive strength of the underwater non-dispersible concrete.
