The preparation method of the porous structure ceramic comprises the following steps: (1) conducting molding by adopting an indirect selective laser sintering technology to obtain a ceramic-based biscuit; (2) placing the ceramic-based biscuit in a dipping solution, and cleaning the ceramic-based biscuit with water after dipping is completed, wherein the dipping solution comprises sol containing a silicon element and water-soluble phenolic resin; (3) drying and curing the impregnated ceramic-based biscuit; (4) repeating the operation of the step (2) and the step (3) until the weight gain rate of the ceramic-based biscuit is less than or equal to 1% to obtain a to-be-sintered ceramic-based biscuit; and (5) conducting sintering, specifically sintering the to-be-sintered ceramic-based biscuit in the step (4) in a vacuum sintering furnace to prepare the porous structure ceramic. The prepared ceramic product with the porous structure has good mechanical properties and can meet the requirements of actual use.
