The preparation method comprises the following steps: adding white carbon black, a polyolefin elastomer and an additive into a high-speed mixer in proportion; and conducting mixing, banburying, extruding and granulating by using a high-speed mixer to obtain the anti-rut agent. The invention provides a preparation method of the asphalt mixture, which comprises the following steps: fully mixing the anti-rut agent and liquid matrix asphalt, spraying an obtained mixture into a hot mineral aggregate by an asphalt pump, and fully conducting mixing. The anti-rut agent and the asphalt mixture have the properties of vehicle withdrawal resistance, water damage resistance, low-temperature crack resistance, aging resistance and the like, and the service life of an asphalt pavement can be remarkably prolonged. The preparation method disclosed by the invention has the characteristics of simple process, low cost, continuous production, convenience in transportation, easiness in popularization and use, good benefit and the like. The anti-rut agent and asphalt mixture can be widely applied to the traffic field.
