The invention relates to a modular assembly type concrete terrace which comprises a concrete terrace mechanism and a concrete terrace protection mechanism. The concrete terrace protection mechanism is arranged on the concrete terrace mechanism; theconcrete terrace mechanism is low in construction cost and small in structural change; the concrete terrace protection mechanism prevents the corners of the concrete terrace body from being damaged in the moving process; lifting holes are formed in the ends of the bolts, so that the concrete terrace can be conveniently moved through operation of a crane, and manpower and working hours are reduced; and a waterproof layer is arranged between the concrete terrace body and the steel wire mesh, so that concrete terrace bodies are prevented from sinking unevenly due to the fact that water enters a soil layer to be soaked and softened; and the connecting pieces are installed in the isosceles trapezoid notches in an embedded mode, so that gaps of the adjacent concrete terrace bodies are unified, and tightness is guaranteed.
