Comprising a plurality of sections of wave-resistant structures which are spliced into a section of wave-resistant dam; the wave-resistant structure comprises a plurality of floating pipes and a plurality of fixing structures, the fixing structures are arranged in parallel at equal intervals, the floating pipes are fixedly connected through the fixing structures, and the floating pipes are arranged in parallel. Modular design is adopted, each section of the wave-resistant dam is divided into a plurality of sections of wave-resistant structures, and the different wave-resistant structures are connected through connectors. On one hand, the production difficulty is reduced, the cost is saved, and an enterprise can rapidly produce the wave-resistant structure in an industrialized mode; and on the other hand, the length upper limit is relieved, and a farmer can freely assemble the wave-resistant structure into the wave-resistant dam with the proper length according to requirements.
