The widened crack also plays a guiding role, the pouring precision of the crack pouring glue is improved, the damaged pavement structure around the crack is removed through the crack broadening operation, meanwhile, the joint area of the crack pouring glue and the pavement is increased, the structural strength of the maintained crack is improved, and a surrounding frame and an adjusting nozzle which are self-adaptive to the crack width change are arranged at the filling nozzle, so that the limiting width and the glue filling amount of the crack pouring glue are automatically adjusted along with the crack width change, the crack pouring glue is prevented from overflowing, and a good development prospect is achieved.
本发明提供了一种沥青道路保养装置及方法，采用探入扩宽后的裂缝内的灌嘴结构进行灌缝胶的灌注，在使用过程中采用拖动装置带动灌缝嘴沿裂缝行进的方式进行灌注方式，通过地面承担了装置的一部分重量，减轻了使用者的负担，扩宽的裂缝也起到了导向作用，增加了灌缝胶的灌注精度，裂缝的扩宽操作也对裂缝周围受损的路面结构进行了清除，同时也增加了灌缝胶与路面的接合面积，提高了裂缝处保养后的结构强度，且灌嘴处设置有自适应裂缝宽度变化的围框与调节嘴，实现随裂缝宽度变化对灌缝胶限位宽度与灌胶量的自动调节，防止灌缝胶溢出，具有良好的发展前景。
